I have been a personal trainer for 10 years. I began my career in the health industry as a case manager in the mental health field, but wanted to pursue my own personal health and fitness goals by sharing my knowledge and dedication with other people. I obtained my personal training certifications along with other related certifications to assist others in reaching their personal goals of becoming healthy. Working out is not just about exercise, but about the committment to making lifestyle changes. It is my goal to help you reach your goals. Healthy and fit has a different definition for each individual. None of us are created equal, therefore your workouts should be created for you.

In working with you as your Personal Trainer, I will take into consideration your personal goals, limitations, and the time you have to dedicate to working out. The same program does not work for everyone. I will incorporate Strength Training, Core Training, Cardiovascular and stretching to help you achieve the best shape of your life and, more importantly, help you stay that way. I will make it enjoyable and change it often enough to that you won't be bored with your workout.
