Personal Training

Alexa fell in love with fitness and the healthy lifestyle that goes along with it right here at Coastal Fitness. It started with a few sessions on the elliptical and over time branching out to the weight area. With a strong base knowledge and love of lifting weights she got her personal training certification through NASM. She now teaches group fitness, primarily Barre and TRX. The gym is where she feels most herself. She cannot wait to meet you and share her love of fitness and all around happy outlook.

I have devoted my life to showing people how they can prevent injury and keep pain free movement through body awareness, stretching, strengthening, and proper body mechanics. As your personal trainer, I will develop a program for you to achieve your personal fitness goals so that you maintain a healthy fit life – forever – regardless of your present age and abilities.

I’m genuinely excited about all things fitness and nutrition. I’m studying dietetics and I hope to include aspects of healthy eating, recipe modifications, weekly meal planning, and fun new fitness regimens as part of training with me.

Vanessa Levin

Has been in the health and wellness field officially since 2002; working with

her Masters Degree as a Counseling Psychologist in dual diagnosis mental

health for eating disorders and substance abuse issues. She began to see

the connection between mental and physical health and started to teach

the meditation practises of her childhood to help those suffering with

anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. This lead her to get certified as a

200, then 500 hour therapeutic yoga teacher and later certifications in

Pilates and Personal Training, and a license in Massage Therapy to follow.

Later she certified in Vegan/Raw Food after her own struggles with medical

issues and continues to educate herself in Ayurveda, Qigong, Barre, Aerial

Fitness and Chinese Medicine to help others find a holistic balance to self


“I have discovered, from a psychological standpoint, that the way to create

motivation to do something is by making it fun. If it’s not fun, I’m not going

to do it and I think that is a general consensus. So my demographic is

clients that want to do something that is fun and challenges their brains as

well as their braun. Also, due to a history of injuries from intense high

school and college sports and the physical consequences from those

injuries, I don’t find it’s necessary to kill the body anymore with high impact

force in order to create a fit and sculpted physique. If you want your body to

last a lifetime, treat it with care, kindness, and gentle sweat.”

Ethan is a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who is CPR/ AED certified and currently serving in the Navy .

“ I am passionate about helping people create the best version of themselves and pushing past their plateaus. I offer a diverse perspective and enjoy opportunities to incorporate my Military Training skill set into training. I am also an avid weight lifter who is on a personal journey to find out just what my body is capable of and training to compete in Men’s Physique Shows. I would love to help you discover what YOUR body is capable of too and work together to push past your limitations”
